We invite you to take part in the Tea Collection Fall 2021 Trade-in Event. Send in your gently used or unused Tea Collection clothing items to Kidizen from 9/8/21 through 9/30/21 in exchange for a $5 credit per approved item to use on teacollection.com. Credits will be sent to you from Tea Collection via email within 30 days from 9/30/21. Each participant can earn up to $50 in shopping credit.
Who is conducting the Tea Collection Trade-in Event?
Kidizen, Inc. is conducting the Tea Collection Trade-in Event in partnership with Tea Collection. Kidizen owns, manages, and operates the kidizen.com online marketplace. Kidizen will maintain all records related to trade-in items received as part of the Tea Collection Trade-in Event.

What items can I send?
We accept any Tea Collection clothing item (excluding accessories such as socks and hats) that is in new or gently used condition. Participants will not receive shopping credits for accessories such as socks and hats.
What condition do the items need to be?
In order to receive Tea Collection shopping credit, items must be in new or gently used condition. We do not accept brands other than Tea Collection or items that have holes, stains, fading, or excessive wear.
Items received that are not in acceptable condition will be donated to one of Kidizen’s partner charities and will not be returned to the sender.
How many items can I send?
You can send as many items as you'd like, so long as they meet the condition requirements stated above. However, please keep in mind that $50 is the maximum credit amount that you can earn.
What should I use for packaging?
We strongly encourage you to reuse any packaging materials you have from shipments you’ve previously received because it’s the most eco-friendly option! Do you have an Amazon poly mailer or box? Perfect! Just be sure to remove the old shipping label or place your Kidizen shipping label so that it covers the prior label.
How do I get a shipping label?
Once you fill out the trade-in form, you will be directed to a page where you will enter your return address. From there, you may choose to have the label emailed to you or you can print directly from that page. Please note, it’s important that you use the same name and mailing address for the shipping label that you enter in the submission form. This is how we will be able to confirm receipt of your items so that Tea Collection can email you the shopping credit for the items you send to us.
I filled out the form but I didn’t receive my shipping label. What do I do?
If you selected the “Print” option from the USPS shipping label page and your shipping label didn’t appear, please go to your browser settings and turn off your pop-up blocker. If you selected the “Email” option, please check your email spam folder. If you continue to experience issues, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I need more than one shipping label?
If you need more than one shipping label, you may return to the trade-in form to fill out your information again and create a new shipping label.
I noticed that the shipping label is First Class. What if my package is more than 16 oz?
No worries! Kidizen gets charged for the shipping labels based on the actual weight of the package when weighed by the post office. So, if it’s more than 16 oz (the maximum weight for a First Class label), the post office is required to ship the package regardless, and Kidizen will cover the cost of shipping that is charged to us based on the actual weight.
What is the cutoff for sending in my Tea Collection clothing items?
The Tea Collection Trade-in Event runs from 9/8/21 through 9/30/21. Please make sure that all items are in the mail by September 30, 2021.
If my items are donated, is the donation tax deductible?
Kidizen, Inc. is not a charitable organization, so your clothing donation is not tax deductible.
What happens to the items once they are received by Kidizen?
Once we receive the items, we will match up the name and address used for the return address with the information you provided in the trade-in form. We will then provide Tea Collection with the information needed in order to email the shopping credit to you. Credits will be sent to you within 30 days from the end of the event on 9/30/21.
What do I receive in exchange for sending the items?
Tea Collection is offering a $5 shopping credit for each Tea Collection clothing item received that is in the accepted condition mentioned above. A maximum of $50 can be earned per participant. Credit cannot be combined with any other promotion.
When do I receive my Reward Points?
Tea Collection will send credits to you via email within 30 days from the end of the event on 9/30/21.
