Once a sale is made, information contained in the order cannot be changed from the user end. If a shipping address needs to be updated/changed or if a shipping address was changed in a user's account after a purchase was made, let us know! We can take care of updating the order for you easily and quickly. Contact us at hello@kidizen.com and let us know which order it is.
** PLEASE NOTE: you cannot update the address on a shipping label by crossing off the old one and writing the new one on it. USPS uses information contained in the barcode on the label to get the package to its destination, so it will be sent to the original address. Altered labels do not qualify for Kidizen coverage and will need to be refunded by the seller.
