What about my listings?

How long do I have to ship pending sales?
If you have pending sales, you must ship them by 10 AM EST on 11/01/2024. Orders without a shipping label by then will be canceled and refunded. If you've purchased a shipping label but haven’t shipped, you have until 10 AM EST on 11/04/2024 for tracking to show that the orders have shipped).
What about my brand inventory?
If you have brand overstock inventory, we will be in touch shortly to coordinate the next steps.
Can I keep my clients?
We encourage you to personally reach out to each client to discuss whether they’d like to continue working with you on other platforms. If you choose to maintain those relationships, it will be your responsibility to establish your own terms and conditions moving forward.
What if I have Promoted Listings credits?
Promoted Listings have been disabled. The value of your remaining impressions will be refunded to your Kid Bucks account.
How long do I have to cash out?
You have until 11:59 PM EST on 11/07/2024 to cash out your Kid Bucks. Due to an increase in transaction volume, funds should appear in 3-5 days. Note: Kidizen Credits cannot be cashed out, and we cannot do it for you.
Please know that we are actively working to process all requests as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
What about cash outs to my clients?
We have automatically processed payouts to your clients for any outstanding funds.
How can I connect with other members of the community?
We have allowed messages to contain email addresses so you can stay in touch with the connections you’ve made over your time on Kidizen.
When will I receive a 1099-K Form?
If you have received more than $20,000 in payments for over 200 transactions of sales on Kidizen, we will be sending you a 1099-K form for your tax purpose.
