Shipping Label isn't in Email


Email can be tricky sometimes. There can be any number of reasons why your label does not immediately show up in your inbox, so we suggest you try the following: 

  1. Add to your contacts list
  2. Check your spam folders. Be sure to mark any messages from Kidizen you find here as "Not Spam" so that our emails always go straight to your inbox going forward.

If you're using GMAIL:

  1. Check the Promotions tab
  2. Check if you've blocked Go to your Gmail Settings > Filters & Blocked Addresses and scroll to the bottom to see your blocked addresses.
  3. Create a filter so messages from Kidizen are never sent to spam

Once you've taken the steps above, you can tap "Resend Label" in the Shipping Label Options in the order detail screen.

If you don't want to wait for email, you can also access your shipping label directly in the app.

Just go to Me > Orders > Sales, tap on the order you need a label for > Shipping Label Options (at the bottom) then either tap "View my label" to open/save the pdf and maybe print it directly from your phone or "Copy link to label" to email the link to yourself. If you do not see the View my Label option, just back out and try again in a couple of minutes.
