Leaving Feedback for the Seller

Approximately 2 weeks you make a purchase, you will receive an email that asks you to leave feedback on the transaction. The feedback is then submitted to the Kidizen team and can be viewed by the seller, if you choose. Currently, feedback isn't visible publicly in their profile. However we are working hard behind the scenes making sure that any shops that are not getting positive feedback are reviewed and placed on hold as needed.
