Need assistance? Currently Kidizen offers support via email only. This allows us to receive screenshots as needed to see what you are seeing from your end when experiencing an account issue. Communicating via email also allows us to to send screenshots and/or other attachments for reference as needed.
When reaching out, please be sure to include pertinent information such as an order number (if applicable) or the email address linked to your Kidizen account as well as other necessary details that will help us assist you in an efficient manner. Please send your inquiry to email@example.com and we will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that sending multiple emails bumps your emails further down in the email queue. We do our very best to respond to inquiries by the end of the following business day, however depending on volume, whether it is a weekend or holiday, it can take a little longer to hear back from us.
