There is a known issue with the 3rd party service we use to provide tracking information and to update shipping status in the Kidizen app. We have alerted the 3rd party to the issue and have been informed that they are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
As you may have noticed, this issue is causing tracking numbers in the app to link to incorrect tracking information. However, the tracking number itself is correct, and if you enter it directly into USPS.com you will be able to access the correct tracking information.
This issue is also preventing the tracking status from updating the shipping status in the app when the order has shipped. As a result, you may experience a delay in the release of funds to your cash balance as a seller. We assure you that all funds for orders that have shipped will be made available to you as soon as we are able to get this issue resolved. However, you may experience a delay that is a day or two longer than expected.
