Update TL;DR: The bug is fixed! Go ahead and update to iOS11.

We know it's tempting to upgrade your iOS as soon as a new release comes out, and we appreciate your patience today -- Apple’s recent iOS 11 update introduced a new bug into our system that prevented users from logging into Kidizen (Yikes).

Good news though! We addressed the issue and were able to fix it without the need for a Kidizen app update. If you were waiting to update your iOS, go ahead! If you had already updated and haven't been able to log in, try again, everything should work again.
