Changing a Shipping/Return Address


You can update your shipping & return address for future orders from your profile (Me > Settings > Address)

If you made a purchase BEFORE you realized that your shipping information was out-of-date, let the seller know immediately so they can update the shipping label before it ships to the wrong place! 

If you are the seller and need to update the buyer's address in order to purchase a shipping label via Kidizen, Contact Support with the address and correct shipping weight and we will create the updated shipping label for you.
